Useful shortcuts without taking over the screen.
Open recent customers, suppliers and transactions directly from the Xero navigation bar. The toolbar stays compact so the accounting workspace remains clear. The Standard plan shows up to five items in each recent list.
- Return to recently used customers and their transactions.
- Open recent suppliers, bills and expenses.
- Keep the controls in a consistent position while moving between Xero screens.
